Mirek Bednarek- holds the position of Regional Business Director being member of Management Committee of Matexi NV and responsible for Poland operations. He holds M.A. diploma of Economy, obtained at University of Economics in Katowice, and has completed post-graduate studies in Finance Management. He has over 25 years of extensive professional experience in the area of finance management, gained in FM Logistic and ING Real Estate Development, and in company management. He has had much experience in team management, re-structuring as well as conducting all phases of property development process (reference projects: Złote Tarasy, Parkowe Wzgórze, Thespian, Holland Park Apartments). Before taking up establishment and development of Polish Matexi branch office in Warsaw in 2010, for almost 7 years he had been working with ING Real Estate Development. Within Matexi he had established the team and processes which, for the time being allowed to become one of Warsaw’ market leaders (reference projects: Kolska od Nowa;-); Pereca 11; Apartamenty Marymont; Puławska 186).
